Does the bot work on Windows 7/8?

No. Only Windows 10 and Windows 11 are supported. Older versions are not supported.

Can I get banned for using the bot?

The bot mimics a real player's actions and solves the "Suspicious Activity" CAPTCHA using AI. We have been operating since 2020 with no recorded bans due to bot usage.

Which emulators are supported?

MEmu and MGLauncher (official My.Games client for Hustle Castle and Zero City). Other emulators are not supported.

How do I get the free trial?

The 36-hour PRO trial is activated automatically after first bot launch. The bot detects your game ID and activates the trial. Provided once for the first ID on the computer.

How does the bot update?

Updates are released on the day game patches come out. Updater.exe checks and installs updates automatically on launch.

Can I run multiple accounts?

Yes, with MEmu you can run multiple bot instances simultaneously. Each game ID requires a separate subscription. MGLauncher supports only one account.

What to do if the bot freezes or won't start?

Restart the bot as administrator. Make sure the emulator is running and the game is in windowed mode. If the issue persists — contact support in Telegram.
